Submitting Session Notes

Reminiscence Guides are tasked with taking notes during their sessions with the Memory Holder. The details you capture will be sorted and designed into a Memory Cache book that allows the older adult to connect with others. In this video, you will be provided with the necessary steps on how to submit your session notes.
